Our plans are subject to the following terms and conditions:
You have 12 months to use this vacation package. No block out dates; however, we ask to reserve at least 30 days in advance in low season and 60 days in advance in high season. Our Reservations Department phone number is 866-978-0844 and hours of operations are Monday-Friday from 9am to 3pm EST. Guest must be between the ages of 23-75 years old (at least one party member). Guest must check in with at least 1 major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) and a Valid Form of ID. This offer does not include Hotel taxes or incidentals such as air and ground transportation, meals, long distance calls and room service, unless specifically noted. Guest agree to attend a 90 minute welcome breakfast presentation at the hosting resort for the purpose of soliciting sales for vacation ownership interest with no obligation to purchase anything. You may cancel and receive a full refund without any penalty or obligation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

2. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service operator. 3. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
4. By subscribing, you consent to receive text messages including alerts and updates. Up to 3 messages / month.
5. By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
6. To cancel your SMS subscriptions, text STOP to 96551 in reply to a text message you receive. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.
