You have 12 months to use this vacation package. No block out dates; however, we ask to reserve at least 30 days in advance in low season and 60 days in advance in high season. Our Reservations Department phone number is 1-866-821-1738 and hours of operations are Monday-Friday from 10am to 6pm EST.  Guest must be between the ages of 23-75 years old (at least one party member).  Guest must check in with at least 1 major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) and a Valid Form of ID. This offer does not include Hotel taxes or incidentals such as air and ground transportation, meals, long distance calls and room service, unless specifically noted. Guest agree to attend a 90 minute welcome breakfast presentation at the hosting resort for the purpose of soliciting sales for vacation ownership interest with no obligation to purchase anything.  You may cancel and receive a full refund without any penalty or obligation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
